<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating variation of the basal body temperature and managing the health record for estimating the variation of the basal body temperature based on the temperature inside the clothes near the body surface of a subject measured by using a wearable sensor, and for accumulating/recording related healgh information. <；P>；SOLUTION: A control unit 5 of a sensor device 1 determines and displays the temperature T3 as an index for estimating the variation of the basal body temperature based on the body surface temperature detection data D1/D2 detected while the subject H sleeps by using a body surface temperature detection part 3 and an outside air temperature detection part 4. After the subject transfers the body surface temperature detection data D1/D2 to an outside processor 11, a processor 12 analyzes the body surface temperature detection data D1/D2 of a plurality of days, the temperature T3 as the index for estimating variation of the basal body temperature, and the subject's input data.
