The present invention provides a fish oil taking method, which is first to make the drinking water flowing through at least one filtering device for filtering operation to purify the drinking water into purified water then, making the purified water flowing through an energizing device for energizing operation, such that the water molecules of the purified water may be miniaturized and further energized as energized water finally, taking fish oil together with the energized water. In the process of purifying drinking water into purified water, the filtering device is configured with a ceramic filter element and high pressure active carbon filter element for filtering, and the energizing device employs the method of magnetization or electrolysis to miniaturize the water molecules of the purified water. With the aforementioned method, the ingredients in the fish oil, such as omega-3 fatty acid, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and vitamin E, may be rapidly dissolved in the miniaturized water molecules in the energy water and may be easier to penetrate the cell membrane for nutrient exchange.一種魚油食用方法,係先將一飲用水流經至少一過濾裝置以進行過濾作業,使飲用水淨化為一淨水,隨後再將淨水流經一活化裝置以進行活化作業,使淨水之水分子微小化,進而活化為一能量活水,最後將能量活水與一魚油搭配食用;其中飲用水在淨化為淨水之過程中,係經由過濾裝置內設之陶瓷濾心與高壓活性碳濾心過濾,而活化裝置可使用磁化或電解之方式使淨水之水分子微小化;藉由上述方法,魚油之成份如奧米茄三號脂肪酸(ω-3)、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)及維他命E(Vitamin E)等皆可快速溶於被微小化之能量活水水分子內,進而更容易穿透細胞膜以進行營養成份之交換。S101~S103‧‧‧步驟
