PURPOSE: A fragment removal apparatus is provided to automatically remove fragments mixed with brown rice, and to operate the apparatus with the driving force of a brown rice processor without a separate power source.CONSTITUTION: A frame (2) is installed on the direct lower side of a brown rice processor (1). A filtering net (3) is installed on the upper side of the frame to be sloped downward. A link (4) is rotatably combined to front and rear side of the frame and the filtering net. A shaft (5) rotates with a power source of the brown rice processor. A cam (7) is fixed to the shaft. A bearing (6) is combined to the outer periphery of the cam for idling. A connecting rod (8) has one end combined to the lower side of the filtering net using a hinge, and the other end fixed to the bearing. A fan (13) is installed on the lower side of the filtering net to generate suction force. A discharging pipe (14) discharges fragments mixed with brown rice by force when the processed brown rice is discharged.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 벼로부터 껍질(왕겨)이 제거된 현미의 표피층(강층) 일부를 제거하여 밥을 짓는 과정에서 전분 층으로 수분이 흡수되도록 가공하는 현미 가공기의 부스러기제거장치에 관한 것으로, 현미 가공기에서 표피층의 일부를 제거함에 따라 발생하는 부스러기를 가공된 현미의 배출과정에서 제거할 수 있도록 한 것이다.이를 위해, 현미 가공기(1)의 직하방에 설치된 프레임(2)과, 상기 프레임의 상부에 하향 경사지게 설치되는 걸름 망(3)과, 상기 프레임 및 걸름 망의 전, 후 양측에 회동 가능하게 결합되는 링크(4)와, 상기 현미 가공기의 동력원에 의해 함께 회전하는 축(5)과, 상기 축에 고정된 캠(7)과, 상기 캠의 외주 면에 공 회전 가능하게 결합된 베어링(6)과, 상기 걸름 망의 하부에 일단이 힌지 가능하게 결합되고 타단은 베어링에 고정된 컨넥팅로드(8)와, 상기 걸름 망의 하부에 설치되어 흡입력을 발생시키는 팬(13)과, 상기 팬의 흡입부와 걸름 망의 저면 사이에 설치되어 가공된 현미가 배출되는 과정에서 현미에 섞인 부스러기를 강제 배출하는 배출관(14)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
