The present invention relates to a bone plate which allows simple alignment and/or repositioning of the bone plate and has high strength under load when the bone plate is temporally fixed by a bone anchor. The bone plate includes: plate members (2, 2, 2) including through-holes (21, 21, 21)； and disks (3, 3, 3, 3) provided in the through-holes and supported in the plate members to be rotated.
