The present invention relates to extracellular vesicles (EV) as a novel therapeutic approach to lysosomal storage disorder (LSD). More specifically, the present invention relates to the use of various protein manipulation strategies to improve loading of LSD-related proteins that are difficult to load and thus target EV to tissues and organs of interest.본 발명은 리소솜 저장 장애(LSD)에 대한 신규 치료적 접근법으로서의 세포외 소포(EV)에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 적재가 어려운 LSD-관련 단백질의 적재를 개선하고 이에 따른 EV를 관심 조직 및 기관에 표적화하기 위한 다양한 단백질 조작 전략의 사용에 관한 것이다.
