It is an object of the present invention to provide a tableted pharmaceutical composition containing nalfurapine or a pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof having excellent moldability and quality control of the flexible substance. The present invention comprises nalpurapine or a pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, a binder component, and a carrier, and 0.1 to 10 µg of the nalpurapine or the pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof is contained. The weight of the binder component is 100,000 to 2,000,000% by weight relative to the weight of the nalfurapine or pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, and 5 to 20% by weight, or 20,000 to 500,000% by weight, based on the total weight of the resulting pharmaceutical composition.
