The present invention relates to a drug delivery microorganism capable of expressing and secreting therapeutic peptide in the gastrointestinal tract by being transformed using a gene construct containing therapeutically active peptide and being safely delivered into the intestines through oral administration； and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating gastrointestinal diseases comprising the same.
