PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing member attachment mechanism of a transport device which securely supports a housing member for housing a transported object without affecting the transported object and facilitates attachment and detachment of the housing member.SOLUTION: A housing member attachment mechanism of a transport device includes: a housing member 28 which is used for a transport device 12 for transporting a transported object in a predetermined direction and houses the transported object a support member 30 which is transported in the predetermined direction by the transport device 12, the support member 30 to which the housing member 28 is detachably attached and a holding member 32 which is fixed to the support member 30 and sandwiches the housing member 28 with a predetermined elastic force.
