PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial, antifungal and deodorizing inorganic composition maintaining the original pore diameter distribution of raw material powder consisting mainly of calcium silicate hydrate as it is, and without inhibiting the application of an adsorbed material intended for the application initially.
SOLUTION: This method for producing the antibacterial, antifungal and deodorizing inorganic composition comprises subjecting the raw material powder consisting mainly of the calcium silicate hydrate under a carbonation treatment process of curing in a carbon dioxide gas atmosphere, and then subjecting an ion-loading process of bringing the carbonated raw material powder in contact with a metal ion having the antibacterial, antifungal and deodorizing properties to load the metal ion on the raw material powder.
