An absorbent article provided with an absorbent (4) and a liquid-permeable skin-contact face (3F) covering the front side of the same, wherein the skin-contact face (3F) consists of a mesh sheet part (3M) comprising a resin mesh sheet (31) and a non-woven fabric part (3N) comprising a non-woven fabric (32) and not overlapping the mesh sheet (31), the mesh sheet part (3M) and the non-woven fabric part (3N) both contain titanium oxide, and the titanium oxide content of the non-woven fabric part (3N) falls within the range of ±50% of the titanium oxide content of the mesh sheet part (3M).
