PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treating tumor necrosis factor &alpha； (TNF&alpha；)-related disorders, which includes administering a low dose of a TNF&alpha； inhibitor.SOLUTION: There is provided a treatment method using Etanercept or Remicade, which is a human antibody, such as a recombinant human antibody, that binds to soluble hTNF&alpha； with high affinity and slow dissociation kinetics and that has the capacity to treat disorders in which TNF&alpha； activity is detrimental.【課題】低用量の腫瘍壊死因子α（ＴＮＦα）インヒビターを投与することを含んでなる、ＴＮＦαに関わる疾患の治療方法の提供。【解決手段】高いアフィニティー及び遅い解離速度論で可溶性ｈＴＮＦαに結合し、ＴＮＦα活性が有害である疾患を治療する能力を有する組換えヒト抗体のようなヒト抗体である、エタネルセプト（Ｅｔａｎｅｒｃｅｐｔ）またはレミカド（Ｒｅｍｉｃａｄｅ）を用いる治療方法。【選択図】なし
