The invention presents a device for obtaining encapsulated biopsies in endoscopic procedures. The device has a cylindrical-shaped hollow carcass with a first and a second section, the first section having a diameter lower than the second section and being in contact with the endoscope, the second section being connected to a needle which is intended to take the sample and deposit it in a cylindrical-shaped capsule for storing the same in addition it has a stop located within the cylindrical-shaped hollow carcass where it is brought into contact with the capsule intended to store the sample. The invention is a device for recovering the samples of tissue with optimum characteristics to be pathologically analyzed, which is also adapted to a standard endoscopic used in gastrointestinal processes. The inventive device is intended to satisfy the needs of an instrument for obtaining multiple biopsies, which is disposable, affordable and which guarantees the integrity, orientation and identi fication of the obtained samples.La invención presenta un dispositivo para la obtención de biopsias encapsuladas en procedimientos endoscópicos. El dispositivo consta de una carcasa cilíndrica hueca que tiene una primera y una segunda sección la primera sección tiene un diámetro menor que la segunda sección y esta en contacto con el endoscopio, la segunda sección conecta con una aguja la cual toma la muestra depositándola en una capsula cilíndrica que la almacena, además cuenta con un reten ubicado dentro de la carcasa cilíndrica hueca donde topa con la capsula que almacena la muestra. Este es un dispositivo que permite la recuperación de muestras de tejido con características óptimas para su análisis patológico posterior y que también es posible adaptarlo al endoscopio estándar utilizado en procedimientos gastrointestinales.
