PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treatment agent composition capable of imparting satisfactory slip, body and manageability to hair after being treated and dried, and to provide a method for producing the hair treatment agent composition.SOLUTION: The hair treatment agent composition includes: (A) a cationized hydroxypropyl cellulose； and (B) one or more kinds of treatment agents selected from among hair dyes, oxidizing agents, alkali agents and keratin reducers.
