PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate movement around a shoulder joint and to reduce pains of a patient accompanying treatment.SOLUTION: A bed 1 for treatment includes a bed part 2 where a patient is to lie down, and a leg part 3 forming a space part 4 on the lower side of the bed part 2. The bed part 2 is divided in the longitudinal direction, and a short base 5 for supporting the head of the patient and a long base 6 for supporting the body and feet of the patient are provided. Between the short base 5 and the long base 6, a first opening 7 for releasing both shoulders of the patient is formed. The leg part 3 is provided with a second opening 14 for freely taking the arm of the patient in and out of the space part 4 so as to be continued to the first opening 7. The second opening 14 has a narrow part 17 connected to the first opening 7 and a wide part 18 is formed below the narrow part 17. The patient stretches the arm, lowers it from the first opening 7, and turns it through the second opening 14 to the space part 4, and thus an attitude is easily changed from a supine position to a recumbent position.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 肩関節周りの動きを容易にし、治療に伴う患者の苦痛を軽減する。【解決手段】 治療用ベッド1は、患者が横になる寝台部2と、寝台部2の下側に空間部4を形成する脚部3とを備える。寝台部2を長手方向に分割し、患者の頭を支持する短尺台5と、患者の胴および足を支持する長尺台6とを設ける。短尺台5と長尺台6との間に、患者の両肩を解放する第1開口部7を形成する。脚部3に、患者の腕を空間部4の内外に出し入れ自在とする第2開口部14を第1開口部7に連続するように設ける。第2開口部14は、第1開口部7に接続される幅狭部17を備え、幅狭部17よりも下位に幅広部18を形成している。患者は、腕を伸ばして第1開口部7から降し、第2開口部14を通して空間部4に旋回することで、姿勢を仰臥位から横臥位に楽に変換できる。【選択図】 図1
