PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external ear canal temperature measuring device capable of continuously and reliably measuring an external ear canal temperature and a heat stroke meter.SOLUTION: An external ear canal temperature measuring device includes: a holding part 10 held in an external ear canal entrance； and an insertion part 20 to be inserted into an external ear inner space extending from the holding part. The insertion part comprises a first sensor line 30 having a first temperature measurement part 31 on a top end of the insertion part； a second sensor line 40 having a second temperature measurement part 32 at a position away by a predetermined distance from the top end of the insertion part to the external ear canal entrance side； and a thermal insulation material 50 covering the periphery of the first and second sensor lines and making the first temperature measurement part only exposed. The holding part comprises a third sensor line 60 provided on the side opposite to the external ear canal entrance and having a third temperature measurement part 61 for measuring an outdoor temperature.
