The inner housing (135； 234B) comprises means (132, 133； 233) for the fluidic connection with said liquid container, and the neck (137, 237) comprises one or more tubes (151, 156； 252) adapted to fluidically connect said fluidic connection means (132, 133； 233) to said suction means (120； 220). The heating means (154； 254) are adapted to heat at least partially said one or more tubes (151, 156； 252), and the fluidic connection means (132, 133； 233) comprise one or more sharp spouts for the puncturing of a predetermined region of and for the fluidic connection with said liquid container (140； 240).
