The present invention relates to an antioxidant combination of at least tocopherol, carnosic acid and hydrolyzable galactannin, wherein the amount of tocopherol is less than about 500 ppm, the ratio of carnosic acid: hydrolyzable gallotannin is from about 1: 4 to about 3: 1. The present invention also relates to an antioxidant fat-containing composition comprising the antioxidant combination.
