Therefore, the present invention provides an effect on dehydrating a large amount of boiled vegetables conveniently with less power if women having weak hand power use the pressurized spin dryer by putting the boiled vegetables in the dryer body and pressing the pressurized plate with pressure by the principle of the lever of the pressurized handle and pressurized rod operated like a lever and the pressurized rod.
