PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a surgical apparatus which stops bleeding and adheres living tissues safely and rapidly even in the vicinity of important nerves in a surgical operation, enables an operator to devote his/her burden on the essential part of the operation to achieve the operation of high quality, and reduces a patients burden by reducing the time.
SOLUTION: The surgical apparatus comprises an operating part which stops bleeding and adheres living tissues by heating a treated part, a driving part for supplying energy to the operating part, and a chassis for storing a part of the operating part and the driving part. The operating part comprises a scalpel part 1 which stops bleeding and adheres the tissues by generating heat by receiving light and a heat absorbing part 2 which suppresses the heat of the scalpel part in a state of a high temperature over a short period of time to avoid thermal influences on the tissues in the vicinity of the treated part. The driving part is equipped with a light source and a guide path of beams of light emitted to the scalpel part 1 from the light source.
