Provided is a skin care device using decompression which includes an adsorption unit which adsorbs the skin by applying pressure to the skin to effectively deliver stimulus for skin care while securing decompression and a skin stimulation unit which is installed on the adsorption unit and applies energy to the expanded skin. The adsorption unit includes an adsorption cup which has a space therein, is open on the bottom, contacts the skin, and provides elastic force and a housing which is outwardly spaced from the adsorption cup, surrounds the top and side of the adsorption cup, and is movably coupled to the adsorption cup.
