Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Carboxymethylcellulose-Vliesstoffes und Verwendung eines solchermaßen hergestellten Carboxymethylcellulose-Vliesstoffes
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Carboxymethylcellulose-Vliesstoffes sowie die Verwendung eines solchermaßen hergestellten Carboxymethylcellulose-Vliesstoffes. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahrens umfasst die Carboxymethylierung von Cellulosefasern und einen anschließenden Papierherstellungsprozess, um einen Carboxymethylcellulose-Vliesstoff zu erzeugen. Im Vergleich mit herkömmlichen Verfahren, welche eine Carboxymethylierung eines Vliesstoffes selbst umfassen, weist das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren eine einfache und bequeme Prozessführung auf und ermöglicht somit eine Fertigung in Großserie. Ferner ist der erfindungsgemäß hergestellte Carboxymethylcellulose-Vliesstoff infolge eines Kontaktes mit Körperflüssigkeiten oder Wasser für eine Gelierung empfänglich und folglich zur Verwendung als medizinischer Vliesstoff oder als Maskenpackung geeignet.The invention relates to a method for producing a carboxymethyl cellulose nonwoven fabric as well as the use of a prepared in this manner is carboxymethyl cellulose nonwoven fabric.
