PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neck cushion capable of supporting a neck of a wearer as well as both arms and obtaining a massage effect by stimulating the neck and shoulder with operation force of the wearer himself/herself.SOLUTION: A neck cushion includes: a non-stretchable string body with ring 10 comprising a string body 11 including a flat-string-shaped press-out part 11a incorporated in a cushion body 2, formed so as to correspond to an inner side curve part 2a, and having a wide width and a pair of rings 12, 12 incorporated in the cushion body 2 so as to surround a periphery of a pair of arm insertion holes 5, 5 and a pressing body 15 embedded in the inner side curve part 2a of the cushion body 2 in a state of being pressed to the flat-string-shaped press-out part 11a.
