The present invention relates to a method for producing a cosmetic liquid including a Typha orientalis extract. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a cosmetic liquid by using a Typha orientalis extract including active ingredients which are helpful for skin health and beatification, and to a cosmetic liquid produced through the same. The method of the present invention comprises: a first step of separating and drying protoplasm by heating Typha orientalis, typha, ginseng, grape, wild rice, tomato, jujube, lemon, apple, banana, and kiwi at 45-50°C for 36 hours a second step of mixing the dried materials by isolating the protoplasm, and mixing 50-60 parts by weight of Typha orientalis, 1-2 parts by weight of typha, 2-5 parts by weight of ginseng, 2-5 parts by weight of grape, 10-20 parts by weight of wild rice, 2-5 parts by weight of tomato, 2-5 parts by weight of jujube, 2-5 parts by weight of lemon, 2-5 parts by weight of apple, 2-5 parts by weight of banana, and 2-5 parts by weight of kiwi a third step of producing a Typha orientalis mixed extract by pouring 150-200 times more water in the materials of the first step, heating the same for 100 minutes, and producing a Typha orientalis mixed extract and a fourth step of producing a cosmetic liquid by producing a distilled liquid from the extract of the third step by using a distilling device.
