Disclosed is a disposal cutting biopsy apparatus which cuts a targeted body tissue and collects a tissue sample. The disposal cutting biopsy apparatus of the present invention comprises: a housing which is formed as a tube and has a sliding space therein； a needle set which is placed in the housing through a hole in a front part of the housing, and comprises an inner needle having a tissue collecting groove which collects tissues and an outer needle which has a blade on an end portion for cutting tissues accommodated in the tissue collecting groove, and reciprocates on an outer circumference of the inner needle in a form of covering the inner needle； a sliding block which is connected to the outer needle and placed to be able to reciprocate back and forth in the sliding space； a trigger unit which is connected to the sliding block to fire the sliding block； and a trigger holder which is placed to be connected to the trigger unit. When the sliding block moves backward, a first sound pressure space having a sound pressure in a forward part of the sliding space is formed. When the sliding block moves forward, a second sound pressure space having a sound pressure in a backward part of the sliding space is formed.
