Oral pharmaceutical solution comprising tramadol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in a concentration of 5 mg/ml to 20 mg/ml, acetaminophen in a concentration of 50 mg/ml to 100 mg/ml and a pharmaceutically acceptable liquid carrier.
