The present invention relates to an indirect heating-type drying apparatus using heat pumps, and more specifically, to a drying apparatus which heats a drying chamber indirectly through a heat-exchange between the air inside the drying chamber and a high temperature heating medium, and induces drying air streams to pass through each of a plurality of drying racks disposed inside the drying chamber so that the object being dried can be dried uniformly and thoroughly.
