An implantable nanosensor includes a stent to be implanted inside a fluid conduit. The stent has a well in a surface of the stent. The implantable nanosensor further includes a nanoscale-patterned sensing substrate disposed in the well. The nanoscale-patterned sensing substrate is to produce an optical scattering response signal indicative of a presence of an analyte in a fluid carried by the fluid conduit when interrogated by an optical stimulus signal.Linvention concerne un nanocapteur implantable qui comprend une endoprothèse à implanter à lintérieur dun conduit de fluide. Lendoprothèse comprend un puits dans une surface de lendoprothèse. Le nanocapteur implantable comprend en outre un substrat de détection à motif à léchelle nanométrique placé dans le puits. Le substrat de détection à motif à léchelle nanométrique a pour fonction de produire un signal de réponse par diffusion optique indiquant la présence dun analyte dans un fluide transporté par le conduit de fluide lorsquon linterroge au moyen dun signal de stimulus optique.
