PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered green tea furnace in which throughput is increased, further, drying efficiency is improved and production cost is reduced without damaging quality, and a method for producing unrefined tea using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is the powdered green tea furnace comprising: a drying chamber 42; a belt conveyor 43 conveying tea leaves by one step net-shaped belt; a hot wind generation apparatus 44 blowing hot wind from the lower part thereof; a stir-returning part 49 arranged at a charge part to be fed with the tea leaves and uniformizing the overlapping of the tea leaves scattered on the belt; and a stir-feeding part 50 turning over the tea leaves.
