Therapeutic hydrophile plate having antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and wound-healing action contains chitosan hydrochloride ascorbate and/or chitosan ascorbate, silicon polyolate, ascorbic acid, glycerol and water and biologically active substance from Aloe Vera, in the following ratio, wt. %: ascorbate hydrochloride, chitosan and/or ascorbate, chitosan 2.3–12.7, ascorbic acid 0.3–2.3, the biologically active substance from Aloe Vera 0.2–5.0, silicon polyolate 8.4–14.7 Glycerol 5.9–10.3, and water is the rest. There are two embodiments of the method of obtaining a plate - from Aloe Vera juice or from dry extract of Aloe Vera.
