Die Erfindung betrifft eine Beschichtung oder einen mit einer Beschichtung versehenen Körper, wobei die Beschichtung zumindest teilweise aus einem Verbundwerkstoff gebildet ist, welcher einen porösen Träger umfasst, der einen metallischen Kern, der mit einem Metalloxid ummantelt ist, aufweist. Erfindungs- gemäß ist an den Träger ein Polyphosphazen gebunden. Zweckmäßigerweise ist das Polyphosphazen chemisch, vorzugsweise über eine kovalente Bindung, an den Träger gebunden und weist Poly-Trifluoroefhoxy-Phosphazene (PTFEP) auf. In einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist der Träger eine Vielzahl von, vorzugsweise untereinander vernetzten, Nanodrähten auf. Das Metall des Metalloxids und das Metall des Kerns sind zweckmäßigerweise ein Metall der III. Haupfgruppe, wobei vorzugsweise das das Metall des Kerns Aluminium oder Gallium ist und das Metalloxid Aluminiumoxid oder Galliumoxid ist. In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung belegt das Polyphosphazen den Träger, insbesondere die Nanodrähte, in einer derart dünnen Schicht belegt, dass zumindest an der Oberfläche der Beschichfung die durch die Nanodrähte gebildete Struktur erhalten bleibt.
