A magnetic field driven treatment device and a magnetic field driven treatment method are provided. The magnetic field driven treatment device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a therapeutic moving module made of magnetic nanoparticles； a moving drive module for aligning and moving the magnetic nanoparticles by applying a rotating magnetic field to the therapeutic moving module； a heating driving module generating heat of the magnetic nanoparticles by applying an alternate magnetic field to the therapeutic moving module； and a control module for controlling the moving driving module to apply the rotating magnetic field and controlling the heating driving module to apply the alternate magnetic field. According to the present invention, affected areas can be treated precisely.자기장 구동형 치료 장치 및 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자기장 구동형 치료 장치는, 자성 나노 입자로 이루어진 치료용 이동 모듈； 상기 치료용 이동 모듈에 회전 자기장을 인가하여 상기 자성 나노 입자를 정렬시켜 이동시키는 이동 구동 모듈； 상기 치료용 이동 모듈에 교류 자기장을 인가하여 상기 자성 나노 입자를 발열시키는 발열 구동 모듈； 및 상기 이동 구동 모듈이 회전 자기장을 인가하도록 제어하고, 상기 발열 구동 모듈이 교류 자기장을 인가하도록 제어하는 제어 모듈을 포함한다.
