PURPOSE: A control method of the mattress supporting frame of a medical electric bed and a control device thereof are provided to maintain the angle of a mattress support plate. CONSTITUTION: A control method of the mattress supporting frame of a medical electric bed is as follows. The rods first and second actuators(9,12) which swivel supporting plates are returned to a maximum contraction or withdrawal position so that a mattress supporting plate(4) and a leg side rotation mattress supporting plate can be a horizontal state. The stroke origin of the actuator rod which memorizes the stroke value of the first and second actuator rods is set up. The stroke threshold of the actuator rod is set up to prevent the back and legs of a patient from being folded.본 발명은 다 분절 매트리스 지지판을 사용하는 요양용 전동침대에서 매트리스 지지판의 선회각도에 의해 요양인의 등과 다리의 각도가 90° 미만으로 접히는 경우가 없도록 매트리스 지지판을 제어하는 제어방법 및 이를 이용한 제어부에 관한 것으로, 다 분절 매트리스 지지판의 등 매트리스 지지판과 다리쪽 선회 매트리스 지지판이 수평상태가 되도록 이들 지지판을 각각 선회시키는 제1 및 제2 액추에이터 의 로드를 최대 수축 또는 인출위치로 복귀시키는 단계； 제어부에서 최대 수축 또는 인출위치로 복귀한 상기 제1 및 제2 액추에이터 로드의 스트로크 값을 기억하는 액추에이터 로드의 스트로크 원점 설정단계； 등 매트리스 지지판 또는 다리쪽 선회 매트리스 지지판이 각각 최대 선회각도로 있더라도 요양인의 등과 다리가 90° 미만으로 접히지 않도록 하기 위해 제1 및 제2 액추에이터 로드의 스트로크 임계값 A와 B를 설정하는 액추에이터 로드의 스트로크 임계값 설정단계를 포함하되, 상기 등 매트리스 지지판 또는 다리쪽 선회 매트리스 지지판 중 어느 일측 지지판의 액추에이터 로드가 임계값 A 또는 B를 초과한 스트로크 값에서 정지해 있을 때 타측 지지판을 상승 선회시키면, 상기 제어부에서는 타측 지지판의 상승 선회와 함께 상기 일측의 지지판이 하강 선회하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
