PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic array, an ultrasonic sensor, and an electronic device, capable of widening a transmission/reception range of ultrasonic waves.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic array includes a substrate having a surface on which a plurality of recesses are provided and a surface on which a plurality of ultrasonic elements are provided. The ultrasonic element is provided at a position overlapping with the recesses when viewed from a thickness direction of the substrate.
