The present invention relates to breast cancer-related gene-specific siRNA, a high efficiency double-stranded oligo RNA structure including the same, and a pharmaceutical composition including the same for preventing or treating cancer. More specifically, the present invention relates to STAT3 gene-specific siRNA a double-stranded oligo RNA structure including the same, and having a structure in which a hydrophilic material and a hydrophobic material are combined by using a simple covalent bond or a linker-mediated covalent bond in both ends of double helix RNA (siRNA) to be effective transferred into cells a nano-particle capable of being produced by hydrophobic interaction of the double helix oligo RNA structure in a solution a method for producing the double helix oligo RNA structure and a pharmaceutical composition including the double helix oligo RNA structure for preventing or treating cancer, specifically, breast cancer, skin diseases, or inflammatory diseases. The STAT3 gene-specific siRNA and the composition including a double helix oligo RNA structure including the same for treating cancer, skin diseases, or inflammatory diseases inhibits the expression of STAT3 at high efficiency without causing side effects, so an effect in treating cancer, specifically, breast cancer, skin diseases including psoriasis, or inflammatory diseases can be ensured.
