PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for transdermal treatment, increasing the treatment effect by adding, to the transdermal treatment effect of a semiconductor layer, the effect utilizing infrared rays radiated from the human body.SOLUTION: In this instrument for transdermal treatment, a transdermal treatment member layer 10 is provided on the surface of an elastic support member 8 such as a cloth piece. The semiconductor layer constituting the transdermal treatment member layer 10 is formed by mixing N-type or P-type or N and P mixed type semiconductor powder with an adhesive or the like. Insulating ink layers 2, 4, 6 are formed on both surfaces of each semiconductor layer. A reflecting member layer 7 is added to increase the effect. The semiconductor layer activates the muscle and increases the bloodstream to eliminate congestion. The insulating ink layers may improve the respective efficiencies of penetration, absorption and reflection of infrared rays radiated from the body surface, whereby the body surface can be made warmer efficiently to increase the treatment effect. The instrument for transdermal treatment is stuck to the skin surface of a diseased part, and free electrons in the semiconductors are actively moved to generate heat by the temperature of the body surface and stimulation of external light.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】 半導体層の有する経皮治療効果に、人体の放射する赤外線を利用した効果を加えることによって治療効果が増大した経皮治療用器具の提供。【解決手段】 経皮治療部材層10は布地等の伸縮性の支持部材8の面に設ける。経皮治療部材層10を構成する半導体層は、接着剤等にN型、またはP型、または両者混合の半導体のパウダーを混入させる。各半導体層の両面には絶縁性インク層2、4、6を形成する。反射部材層7を付加し効果を増大することもできる。半導体層は筋肉を活性化し、血流を増加して鬱血を解消する。絶縁性インク層は人体表面から放射する赤外線の透過、吸収、反射の各効率をアップするので人体の表面を効率よく暖め、治療効果を増大させる。また、経皮治療用器具を患部の肌面に貼り人体表面温度や外部から光などの刺激により半導体内の自由電子が活発に移動し熱を発生するようにする。【選択図】 図1
