The present invention relates to a mixing tip coupling structure of an impression material cartridge. More specifically, the mixing top coupled to the upper part of the impression material cartridge and easily is coupled to the impression material regardless of the coupling direction, and is rotated by a pressure of the impression material being mixed therein. To completely prevent the leakage of the impression material due to the releasing of the mixing tip, protrusions are formed on a side of the outer periphery of a connector forming storage grooves storing connectors in a cap unit. Engaging grooves and tools are formed on the inner periphery of the storage grooves corresponding to the connectors with the engaging grooves formed at 90 degrees. The connector is caught by the storage grooves to fit the cap unit regardless of the direction when the mixing tip is coupled to the impression material in order to rotate at 90 degrees. Accordingly, the mixing tip can be prevented from being released by using the engaging tool fitted to the engaging grooves formed at 90 degrees not to rotate the mixing tip with the pressure generated during an operation of mixing the impression material with the mixing tip. A plug and a bar protruding from the upper part of the impression material are fitted together to insert a connection pipe of a connector with discharging pipes to conveniently arrange and couple the components.
