The invention is related to fishing and can be used in sporting and amateur fishing, in particular, it can be used for fishing by people with reduced capabilities. The technical result to which the invention is directed consists in improvement of operation convenience and reliability of a device used for casting a fishing tackle. The technical result is attained by the proposed fishing tackle for fishing bait casting comprising a fishing rod and a reel with a line, wherein the rod is made so as to provide the possibility of casting the bait, after pressing the trigger, through a discharge tube having an outlet slot and an insert to be inserted into the slot, the insert being fastened to the line near the fishing bait. The fishing rod may have various embodiments depending on the way in which bait casting is performed. All embodiments of the tackle may have an appliance for selecting the flying distance, and a safeguard preventing spontaneous activation of the device.
