A pressure relieving support having a top side configured to be adjacent a user and a bottom side opposite the top side, and comprising at least one selectively inflatable cell. The cell has a first inflatable portion positioned adjacent the bottom side and a second inflatable portion positioned adjacent the top side. One of the first inflatable portion and the second inflatable portion substantially surrounds a solid foam structure, and the other of the first inflatable portion and the second inflatable portion does not include a solid foam structure.
