PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological tissue adhesive applicator capable of preventing a drug solution in a drug solution flow tube from accidentally advancing due to recovery of a check valve.SOLUTION: The biological tissue adhesive applicator 100 includes: a nozzle body 1 a gas injection port 2 for injecting gas into the nozzle body 1 drug solution injection ports 3a and 3b drug solution discharge ports 4a and 4b the drug solution flow tubes 5a and 5b for making the drug solution injection ports 3a and 3b and the drug solution discharge ports 4a and 4b communicate with each other, respectively a gas jetting port 6 for spraying the drug solution in a misty state the check valves 7a and 7b which are provided in the drug solution flow tubes 5a and 5b, which allow the drug solution to flow into the drug solution flow tubes 5a and 5b from the drug solution injection ports 3a and 3b, and which regulate the outflow of the drug solution in a drug solution injection port direction from the insides of the drug solution flow tubes 5a and 5b and support means 19a and 19b for supporting the check valves 7a and 7b so as to prevent deformation in the direction of regulating the outflow of the drug solution by the check valves 7a and 7b.
