PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control a maximum ultimate pressure in an outlet side passage when the outlet side passage of a tube pump is clogged.SOLUTION: A tube pump 60 includes: a tube 55 a contact part which may contact with the tube 55 and a moving part which moves the contact part in a state where the contact part contacts with a contacted portion of the tube 55. The tube 55 has a first tube portion 111 and a second tube portion 112, which have different withstand pressures, in the middle of a tube passage.
