The alert light module or alert light assembly is sufficiently large to occupy at least one third of the distance between the laterally spaced apart sides of an upper frame (30, 34, 36, 38) and to occupy at least about half the distance between a top and a bottom of a lateral frame member (110,) without extending beyond the top and bottom of the lateral frame member (240) without extending beyond the top and bottom of the lateral frame member.
