This invention is a health-care device providing wrist light therapy by far-infrared ray, LED or LASER light, which is capable for wearing on the wrist. The device comprises a main body and at least one bendable band connected to the main body. A power source, a control circuit, a display, and a far-infrared ray, LEDs or LASER emitting units are arranged in the main body or on the belt. The control circuit is electrically connected to the power source. The display is set at the front side of the main body and electrically connected to the control circuit and the power source. The light emitting unit is arranged at the rear side of the main body and electrically connected to the control circuit and the power source. Therefore, the device may be worn on the wrist so as to emit far-infrared ray, visible light or laser (such as He-Ne laser) light to acupoints and arteries at the wrist for health care at anytime and anywhere. It is easy to use and convenient to operate.
