The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for hybrid beam-scanning optical coherence tomography, the method therefor comprising: a first beam splitting step for splitting a beam irradiated from a laser-generating apparatus into a synchronized beam and a first measurement beam a first conversion step for reflecting a set frequency from the synchronized beam so as to convert into a trigger signal a second beam splitting step for splitting the first measurement beam into a reference beam and a second measurement beam a reference beam reflecting step for reflecting back the reference beam after converting the frequency of same a measurement beam reflecting step for splitting the second measurement beam into a first side beam and a second side beam so as to impart a spatial distance therebetween, bending same by means of a mirror unit so to be reflected against an object to be measured, and then combining the two reflected beams into one and reflecting back a second conversion step for combining, at the same output strength, the beams reflected back in the reference beam reflecting step and measurement beam reflecting step to generate an interference signal, and utilizing the trigger signal converted in the first conversion step to convert the generated interference signal into a digital signal and an imaging step for converting the digital signal converted in the second conversion step into an image.La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour tomographie par cohérence optique à balayage par faisceau hybride, le procédé associé comprenant : une première étape de division de faisceau pour diviser un faisceau irradié depuis un appareil de génération de laser en un faisceau synchronisé et un premier faisceau de mesure une première étape de conversion pour réfléchir une fréquence donnée à partir du faisceau synchronisé de façon à la convertir en un signal de déclenchement une seconde étape de division de faisceau pour diviser le premier fai
