PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid injection device, a fluid injection operation instrument and a fluid injection method, capable of properly adjusting pressure of fluid injected from a nozzle in response to the distance between the nozzle and a fluid injection object.
SOLUTION: The fluid injection device 1 has a volume changing means 401 for changing the volume of a fluid chamber 501 and a pulsation generating part 100 having an inlet flow passage 503 and an outlet flow passage 511 communicating with the fluid chamber 501. The fluid injection device 1 has a flow passage pipe 200 having a connecting flow passage 201 communicating with the outlet flow passage 511 and a fluid injection port 212, a fluid supply means 20 for supplying the fluid to the inlet flow passage 503, a control means 30 for controlling the volume changing means 401 and a distance detecting means 40 for detecting a distance between the fluid injection port 212 and the fluid injection object. The control means 30 controls the volume changing means 401 in response to the distance detected by the distance detecting means 40.
