A rear waist panel 12B has a dimension in a longitudinal direction larger than that of a front waist panel 12A and comprises an elasticized region 45, an elasticized region 46 defining a waist band and an elasticized region 47 located aside toward a crotch region. Tensile stress of the elasticized region 47 as measured in a transverse direction is set to be lower than those of the elasticized regions 45, 46.
