PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation that has an excellent use touch, can be uniformly applied to the skin and can be easily washed out from the skin in spite of having excellent durability.SOLUTION: A skin care preparation includes a fluorine-containing alkyl diester represented by general formula (1) (wherein Rf is straight-chain or branched-chain 1-20C fluoroalkyl R1 is a group represented by formula (α) R2 is stearyl, aralkyl, behenyl, cholesteryl, phytosterol or lanosteryl n is a number of 1-8). Preferably, the content of the fluorine-containing alkyl diester in the skin care preparation is 0.01-30.0 wt.%.
