An implantable urethral prosthesis for the treatment of male incontinence and method of implementing the same includes a support portion, an inflatable member, a reservoir-pump and a restrictor. The support portion includes at least a first set of two arms extending from the support portion, each arm of the first set of two arms configured to be secured around a respective descending rami of a pelvis of a patient, and a second set of two arms extending from the support portion and configured to be secured into tissue anterior to the pelvis to operatively place the support portion under the patients urethra.
