The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition having improved anti-oxidation and anti-aging effects comprising a ginseng seed extract as an active component. The steamed ginseng seed extract according to the present invention has effects of increasing the total content of phenol of the ginseng seed and a radical elimination ability, and improving an anti-oxidation enzyme activity. Moreover, as the steaming temperature goes higher within a range of 95-130 °;C, the anti-oxidation effect of the ginseng seed extract improves more.본 발명은 인삼종자 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 증가된 항산화 및 항노화 효과를 가지는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 증숙한 인삼종자 추출물은 인삼종자의 총 페놀 함량 및 라디칼 소거능을 증가시키고 항산화 효소 활성을 증가시키는 효과를 나타낸다. 또한, 95 내지 130? 범위 내에서 증숙 온도가 증가할수록 인삼종자 추출물의 항산화효과가 증가하는 효과를 나타낸다.
