PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care agent which is easily attracted and removed by magnetic force, and can maintain the aroma at the time of production for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A skin care agent 1 contains a base material which shows a paste state, and a magnetic powder 2 dispersed in the base material, and the magnetic powder 2 can be attracted and removed by magnetic force, from a skin applied with the skin care agent 1. A particle 20 composing the magnetic powder 2 is composed of: a central part 21 made of an iron-based ferromagnetic body and an insulation layer 3 made of a substance with an electrical resistivity higher than that of the central part 21, which coats the central part 21.
