The application relates to methods of treating cancer in a patient using kinase inhibitors, as well as methods of predicting the response of a cancer to treatment with a kinase inhibitor. In one embodiment, the method comprises determining the level of macrophages, and optionally the level of NK cells, in a tumour sample obtained from the patient. In addition, or alternatively, a method of predicting the response of a cancer to treatment with a kinase inhibitor may comprise determining the level of interleukin-1 β (IL-Ιβ) and/or interleukin-18 (IL-18) in a sample obtained from the patient.La présente invention concerne des procédés de traitement du cancer chez un(e) patient(e) en utilisant des inhibiteurs kinases, ainsi que des procédés de prédiction de la réponse d'un cancer au traitement avec un inhibiteur kinase.
